Description

As a Customer Service Executive you will be forefront of the business handling queries from clients regarding the remortgage process.

You will be supporting the case handlers with the calls chasing up documentation required for the process and liaising with third parties such as banks and other financial organisations.

The role will be very fast paced ensuring each query is dealt with providing the highest level of care.

Profile

Previous customer service experience this could be from a range of industries

Exceptional telephone manner and communication skills

The ability to work under pressure in a busy volume environment

Excellent organisation skills

A good team player
