What our client is offering for a successful Customer Service Executive : -
- Salary of up to £30,000 per annum
- Monday to Friday (08:30 - 17:00)
- Permanent contract

The Role - Customer Service Executive :
- Responsible for managing customer service on inbound telephone enquiries as well as email and webchat
- Responding to customer email and telephone requests
- Confirming prices and processing new orders
- Up-sell orders where possible and offer alternatives
- Assist customers with their invoice enquiries
- Meet KPIs: Customer Happiness, Orders Processed, Response Time
What our client is looking for in a Customer Service Executive :
- Previous experience working in a customer service driven role - ESSENTIAL
- Accurate data processing - ESSENTIAL
- Experience working in a construction / civils / building services industry - DESIREABLE
- Administration / Computer Literacy - ESSENTIAL
- Excellent telephone manner
- Culture Driven: Unity, Team Player, Good Communicator, Upbeat and down to earth
