Bennett and Game are currently on the lookout for a skilled Customer Support Coordinator, for their client based in Leeds, who work within metering and gauging systems industry.

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic Customer Support Coordinator with a geniune interest in engineering and account management. The ideal individual should be comfortable being on the phone and recieiving regular client calls. They will need to also be resourceful in getting internal info to get answers back to customers and collaborative with other teams within the company so business runs smoothly.

Customer Support Coordinator Job Overview

  • Coordinating and managing service and engineers ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of support and care.
  • Serving intermediary between Service and Customers, act as support for our clients' needs and concerns.
  • Handling administrative tasks such as preparing reports, managing Van stocks & scheduling meetings through data gained.
  • Effectively assist scheduling and coordinating services between clients and service providers.
  • Maintain accurate records prepare reports and internally manage clients' fleets.
  • Facilitate effective communications between clients, service providers and internal teams.
  • Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise in the service delivery.

Customer Support Coordinator Job Requirements

  • Previous experience working in a customer support / business coordinator position - preferably within an engineering and/or manufacturing company.
  • Business administration experience.
  • Excellent communication organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS office, Smartsheet.
  • Experience communicating regularly with clients and customers.
  • Based within a commutable distance of Leeds.
  • Full UK driving license is preferable.

Customer Support Coordinator Salary & Benefits

  • Salary - 25,000 to 28,000 - dependent upon experience.
  • Working hours - full time position - Monday to Friday - 08:30am to 16:30pm.
