You will be a problem solver, liaison between company and customer. Solve customer issues, some complaints, and inquiries. Inbound with some call backs. Customer satisfaction and customer experience is central to this role. We need people with common-sense, problem-solving abilities and next level communication.

The Role:

  • You will act as the liaison between the business and current and potential customers and clients.
  • You need to be able to take ownership for effectively solving customer issues, complaints and inquiries, keeping customer satisfaction at the core of everything you do!
  • Lots of variety, opportunity to use your brain, be an excellent listener and communicator.

Skill and Experience:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong active listening skills and ability to empathise with customers.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office and CRM software.
  • Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations calmly and effectively.
