Telephone Sales Executive Travel Bookings

FULLY REMOTE - HOME BASED ROLE

Salary - £24,000 Basic, plus £20,000 OTE and great Benefits!!!

Job Purpose:

My client is seeking talented Telephone Sales/Account Executives who thrives in a fast-paced, sales environment. This position involves taking incoming calls from customers looking to book holiday packages across Europe, North America and the rest of the world. The Sales Account Executive will be responsible for handling customer inquiries promptly and effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and will be expected to follow up with customers regularly to maximise lead and bookings potential.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide an excellent experience on calls to maximise booking potential, drive customer loyalty and referrals.

Consistently achieve individual sales and performance goals.

Collaborate with team members to share knowledge, expertise, and best practices to enhance the overall customer experience.

Ask relevant questions to understand clients travel preferences, needs, and budget to suggest the perfect travel experience.

Assist customers from the point of enquiry through to their departure date.

Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound calls, and emails

Participate and engage in weekly team trainings and small group coaching sessions.

Advise all clients concerning sales specials and promotions.

Qualifications:

Previous sales experience preferred.

Strong interpersonal and listening skills.

Excellent call handling and customer engagement skills needed

Detail oriented and capable of multitasking, managing multiple client enquiries simultaneously.

Positive attitude and desire for personal development.

Strong computer skills and ability to quickly master new systems and programs.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Excellent telephone manner.
