Description

As a Customer Care Advisor you will be first point of call for existing customers regarding their insurance products handling a variety of queries.

You would be handling a claim and taking the details investigating for compliance, chasing up documents, providing updates and handling any complaints.

The role will be mainly telephone based will be incoming calls and lucking after a busy inbox!

Profile

Previous customer service experience ideally working within a volume environment

Confident telephone manner and able to build excellent relationships

Thrives under pressure looking after a busy workload

Passionate about customer experience
