Description

As a Customer Experience Advisor you will be speaking to customers handling a range of enquiries providing a high level of support alongside honest advice and guidance.

The role will be very busy ensuring each query is dealt with providing the highest level of care and service whilst ensuring targets and kpis are exceeded.

You will be also dealing with emails and corresponding with customers through online chats.

Profile

Previous customer service experience this can be from a range of backgrounds

Customer centric and passionate about the customer journey

Able to work under pressure in a busy environment

Excellent teamwork skills
