Description

As a Customer Experience Advisor you will be working within a Contact Centre Environment dealing with a high volume of inbound and outbound calls.

You will be dealing with a wide range of enquiries from clients, banks and third parties ensuring an exceptional level of customer of service.

Profile

Ideally some customer service experience this could be from a range of backgrounds such as retail and hospitality

Excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner

Able to work under pressure in a busy environment

Good organisation skills

An excellent team player
