Our client based in South Leeds are looking for a passionate Customer Service candidate to work in their team on an ongoing basis.

Immediate start.

Monday - Friday 09:00-17:30 with half an hour Lunch.

Working from a script you will be responsible for contacting Customers from an internal database. This role would suit someone with a Customer Service background and chasing debt.

Your role-

  • Take control of call.
  • Act in a polite professional manner.
  • Processing payments via the phone.
  • Update system with relevant notes.
