What our client is offering for a successful Customer Service Administrator: - 

  • Salary £26,000 - £27,000 per annum (open to going up to £30,000 per annum for the right candidate)
  • Monday to Friday (08:30 - 17:00)
  • Permanent

The Role - Customer Service Administrator:

  • Responsible for processing orders onto the system, checking stock levels and ensuring customer service satisfaction during each email and telephone call interaction 
  • Responding to customer email and telephone requests 
  • Confirming prices and processing new orders
  • Up-sell orders where possible and offer alternatives 
  • Assist customers with their invoice enquiries
  • Meet KPIs: Customer Happiness, Orders Processed, Response Time 

What our client is looking for in a Customer Service Administrator :

  • Previous experience working in an administrative role processing orders - ESSENTIAL 
  • Experience working in a construction / civils / building services industry - DESIREABLE 
  • Customer Service Experience - ESSENTIAL
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Culture Driven: Unity, Team Player, Good Communicator, Upbeat and down to earth
