Are you looking for an interesting Part Time Customer Service role with a very fun product? This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join a small and sociable Customer Service team in Horsforth - LS18. Any experience in Customer Service will be considered including Retail, Hospitality or Telephone Customer Service.
THIS IS NOT A CALL CENTRE!!
Salary: £24,000-24,500 - pro rata for the part time hours
Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 9-5
Location: Horsforth LS18 - parking
The role;
- Speaking to clients - business to business and taking orders for the products
- Processing payments
- Handling customer service issues, delivering resolution in line with company standard
- Upselling products, accessories and promotions
- Building relationships with Clients
- Liaising with the distribution and stock team
About you;
- Confident and good at relationship building
- Energetic
- Customer Service experience either face to face or on the phone
