As Customer Service Advisor you will be the first point of contact for customers and clients seeking to obtain information about their orders and any other queries or concerns. Their primary duties include answering customer enquiries via telephone and email mail.

Day to day duties include but not exhaustive are:

  • Manage the customer service imbox and ensure all customers have a correct response within the SLA
  • Provide excellent customer service to our clients
  • Answer telephone queries from our clients
  • Keep senior management up to date of trends and issues that our clients maybe reporting to us
  • Placing orders for clients
  • Processing exchanges, refunds and any faulty items
  • Working closely with the Operations & Warehouse manager to keep up to date with any communications for our clients
  • Ensuring our clients are kept up to date about their orders at all times

Skills

  • Experience in customer service minimum 1 year
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Microsoft office skills
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Organised and excellent time management skills
