Description

As a Customer Service Advisor you will be working alongside a fantastic team handling customer enquiries which come into the business.

The role will be mainly telephone based relating to any work which needs to be completed on the customers vehicle.

You will be also be dealing with the contractors which are out on the road organising appointments and ensuring they have all the necessary tools for the job.

Customer service is key for the role you will be up holding the five star reputation the business has and ensuring service level agreements are exceeded.

Profile

Previous office based customer service experience

Able to work in a fast paced environment and prioritise workload accordingly

A confident telephone manner with excellent communication skills

IT Literate and confident managing multiple systems

A good team player
