Description

As a Customer Service Advisor you will be handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls assisting with a range of queries from clients around their automotive services.

You will be also taking details of claims investigating these to check for compliance and dealing with the process from start to finish for the customer.

The role will be working in a busy environment ensuring service level agreements are exceeded and a high level of customer satisfaction is provided.

Profile

Previous automotive experience required this could be from a range of backgrounds

A confident telephone manner with excellent communication skills

The ability to work to tight deadlines and work in a busy environment

Passionate about delivering the best level of customer service

An excellent team player
