Jo Holdsworth Recruitment are looking for Customer Care Advisors on behalf of our well-established, Leeds based client on a temp to perm basis. Specialising in products within the healthcare sector, our client is experiencing rapid growth and looking to expand their Customer Care team. This role will begin as temporary with a transition to permanent after 4 - 6 weeks should you be suitable candidate.

The Role:

You will be responsible for dealing with a variety of queries using different methods of communication including both telephone and email. Queries will often revolve around product knowledge, delivery wait times and adding new customers to the company database. You will also be responsible for issuing orders, ensuring that prescriptions match with order numbers and electronically signing off as soon as possible. A good eye for detail along with the ability to work at pace, all while maintaining high levels of customer service is essential for this role.

Responsibilities:

路 Taking inbound calls from healthcare professionals to add new customers to an internal database, provide product knowledge, information on delivery wait times and more.

路 Using an internal database to add new customers and log outcome of inbound calls.

路 Issuing orders, ensuring order numbers match prescription numbers and signing these off as quick as possible.

路 Develop a level of upselling products to customers where possible, however this is not a sales role.

路 Building strong relationships with customers / clients.

路 Maintaining high levels of customer service at all times with a real passion to help.

路 Managing the main inbox to deal with any queries that come through via email correspondence.

Experience required:

路 Strong customer service skills both written and verbal.

路 Accuracy / attention to detail.

路 Good administrative skills.

路 Strong verbal and written communication experience

路 A passion for helping customers.

路 Customer service experience in an office is ideal but not essential.

Location: LS2, fully-site based, free parking.

Pay: 拢24,000 - 拢27,000.

Hours: 8.30am - 5pm. 30-minute lunch.
