About the RoleAs a Customer Service Representative in a contact centre environment, you will play a crucial role in helping customers on their financial recovery journey. As the first point of contact, you’ll handle both inbound and outbound calls, offering a compassionate ear and effective guidance. This role requires strong listening skills and dedication to achieving the best outcome for our customers while meeting KPIs. It’s challenging but impactful work.

- Previous contact centre experience (preferred)
