Customer Service Planner role waiting to be filled in the New Year
Venn Group have been approached by a Private Company, and would like to introduce the following available position
Position: Customer Service Advisor
Location: Beeston, Leeds Hybrid (2 Days WFH 3 Days office)
Length: Permanent
Salary: £23,400
Hours: 37.5 p/week 8:30am-5pm
The role will predominantly involve:
- Deal with customer queries and complaints in a professional manner
- Handle incoming calls and emails with professionalism and courtesy
- Responsibly taking/making inbound and outbound calls ensuring customer service levels are carried out to a high standard
- Ability to deal with inbound calls from Technicians
- Liaise with the Planning Team to resolve customer queries where necessary
- Liaise with Regional Managers for updates in relation to repairs and complaints
- Performing additional ad hoc admin duties
The successful candidates must have previous experience in a Customer Service Office-Based role and be available at short notice.
