Day-to-day of the role:

  • Provide outstanding customer service over the phone and via email.
  • Handle inbound calls from customers and technicians efficiently.
  • Assist with general enquiries through the dedicated customer service inbox and other related mailboxes.
  • Use internal booking systems to plan and resolve customer queries regarding repairs.
  • Collaborate with the Planning Team and Regional Managers to ensure smooth operation and address complaints or updates related to repairs.
  • Manage private quotation requests received daily.
  • Engage in any training provided by the company and attend necessary meetings.
