We are looking for Customer Service Advisor's who want to be part of this unique business and take their career to the next step. The role

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the voice of the business, engaging with customers and ensuring their journey with the business is seamless and enjoyable. The business is service led but also deals with products, so being able to identify which are your customer is referring to is essential. You will also:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer communications, including setting up new customers and general customer service calls about services and their journey with us
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure consistency
  • Maintain a growth mindset and continually develop your skills to meet the business’s and our customers’ evolving needs
  • Build trust with customers by providing accurate information and resolving their queries efficiently

Our ideal candidate

At this stage in your career you will have already worked within a customer service environment with a "people first" attitude. Experience working within a contact centre or call centre is ideal, but wouldn't be detrimental to your application. Naturally we are looking for empathy, resilience and an eagerness to go above and beyond. Furthermore you must:

  • Have strong attention to detail
  • Have worked to individual and team KPIs, showcasing your commitment to achieving results
  • Be proficient with various IT systems
  • Excellent objection handling and negotiation skills to ensure the customer feels valued at all times
  • Has successfully used CRM systems to manage customer interactions efficiently
