Description

As a Customer Service Advisor you will be forefront of the business handling a range of enquiries from other legal businesses regarding conveyancing and processing new applications.

You will deal with a range of enquiries both inbound and outbound calls and will be also assisting clients and liaising closely with other third parties to ensure a smooth conveyancing process.

The role will also be handling any administrative duties for the department and chasing up documentation required.

Profile

Previous customer service experience this could be from a range of backgrounds such as retail and hospitality

Exceptional communication skills and a confident telephone manner

The ability to work in a fast paced environment

Excellent organisation skills and a keen eye for detail

A good team player
