This is a fantastic opportunity to become an integral part of a forward-thinking business and play a pivotal role in their internal growth. The Role: As a Customer Service Analyst you will ensure accurate information is held on internal systems, monitor the quality of data provided by the customer and industry to ensure accurate billing. If you are a problem solver with a strong drive to succeed, and you possess exceptional communication skills, we would love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaising with clients in a continual professional and proactive manner to support with the process of product installations, removals, and relocations.
  • Managing the resolution of queries relating to data quality, technical data, and industry requirements & regulations.
  • Maintain customer relationships and manage expectations.
  • Assisting with product roll out for clients.
  • Monitoring the quality of client data and taking appropriate action where corrections are required.
  • Working with third parties to ensuring successful outcomes.
  • Investigating and correcting discrepancies.
  • To ensure accurate data is held within internal systems.
  • Partnering with third parties to resolve issues.
Skills required:
  • Proven experience in a customer focused based role.
  • Excellent IT Skills
  • Data and analytical skills
  • Ability to work on own and also as a team player
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally, to ensure client satisfaction.
