Description
As a Customer Service Assistant you will be working alongside an excellent collaborative team providing support to customers handling queries regarding their automotive products.
The role will be mainly telephone based handling inbound calls and working closely with third parties and suppliers to solve customer queries.
You will be also handling a busy inbox and corresponding with customers over webchat.
Profile
Previous customer service experience this could be from a range of industry's
Confident telephone manner and excellent communication
The ability to work in a fast paced environment
Good attention to detail and organisation skills
An excellent team player
Job Offer
Salary of £23000 rising to £25000 on completion of probation+ reputable business within the automotive sector+ central location in Morley+ free parking+ good transport links+ no shift patterns or weekends+ great team and working environment+ immediate interview
