Description

As a Customer Services Assistant you will be working alongside a team of case workers providing support on the telephone handling a variety of enquiries from clients alongside financial organisations and other third parties.

You will be chasing up documentation required for the clients file confirming details and information to progress the file to the next stage and ensure excellent service at all times.

Profile

Previous customer service/contact centre experience

Excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner

Able to work in a fast paced customer focused environment
