Our client, a large student accommodation, is seeking a Customer Service Associate to support them during a busy period. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside a dynamic team, providing exceptional service to students. This is a permanent role for the right Customer Service Assiciate
Customer Service Associate Job Description
- Greet and assist students upon arrival
- Check-in new customers
- Receive and store parcels
- Deliver parcels to designated rooms
- Organise and distribute key fobs
- Conduct building walkthroughs
- Perform ad-hoc duties as needed
We are seeking a Customer Service Associate with a proven track record in customer service from industries such as student accommodation, hotels, , or retail. The ideal Customer Service Associate will be available for an immediate start and can work different shifts.
