Our client, a Luxury Retailer in Leeds, is seeking a customer service superstar to join their friendly and ambitious team. Location: Leeds Dock (outskirts of the city centre), with hybrid working after training period

Working Hours: 2-week rotation (Week 1: 8am - 4pm, Week 2: 12pm - 8pm)

Start Date: 20th January 2025

Salary: £23K (self-progression scheme available)

    • Efficiently handle a high volume of incoming phone calls and email correspondence.
