Our client, a leading retail company, is seeking enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. As a Customer Service Representative, you will have the opportunity to make a difference by providing top-notch support to our valuable customers.

Job Title: Customer Service Executive (Phone Based)

Shifts: Monday to Friday: 2 week alternating shift patterns (8am - 4pm or 12pm - 8pm)

Salary: £23,000 per annum

Location: Leeds

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses through various channels (phone, email, live chat).
  • Assist customers with order placement, product enquiries, and issue resolution, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Maintain extensive product knowledge and stay up-to-date with current promotions to effectively address customer inquiries.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues, ensuring a seamless and satisfactory resolution.
  • Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the growth of our client's customer service department.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and connect with customers.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and CRM software.
