We are working with a fantastic company on the outskirts of Leeds City Centre who are looking for 2 customer service advisors to join them on an ongoing, temporary basis. The successful candidates will join this busy team in this fully on site role; dealing with a high volume of inbound calls, the successful candidates will deal with a large number of enquiries from customers and managing to resolution. Previous customer service and administration experience is essential, the day to day tasks will include;
- Taking inbound calls from customers
- Logging all works and repairs
- Booking reviews
- Dealing with all general enquiries
- Updating customer details on the CRM
This fully office based role, working 8.30-5.30 Monday-Friday, this role will offer the opportunity for extension and possible temp to perm opportunities; the successful candidates will have;
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Previous customer service experience within a call centre or hospitality
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong administration skills
