Page Group are delighted to be working in partnership with a leading manufacturing & supply led business who support the construction industry, who are now looking for a Customer Service Team Leader to join them at their offices in the East Leeds area
Description
- Provide direct leadership and support to between 5-8fte within a Customer Service Team
- Ensure Customer Orders are assigned and processed in line with service level agreements
- Ensure a world class level of service is provided to customers at all times
- Take ownership of any escalated customer issues
- Identify areas of process failure or under-performance, providing recommendations to improve process and procedures
- Work closely with wider business including, production, logistics, sales and finance
- Keep customers updated and informed with the status of their orders
Profile
- Experience in a similar customer service team leader / manager role
- Ability to manage and drive performance
- Customer Focused
- Use of CRM systems (SAP Desirable)
