I am recruiting on behalf of a leading company, who is looking to expand their fraud team. In this role, you will support customers with credit card and savings-related issues, particularly fraud cases, ensuring their accounts remain secure and protected.

What will you be doing?

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding account details, transactions, and financial products.
  • Provide information on financial products and services, such as savings accounts, loans, and credit cards.
  • Assist customers with account management, including balance inquiries, transfers, and payment processing.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints, ensuring a positive resolution in line with company policies.
  • Process account changes, such as address updates, beneficiary changes, and card replacements.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the system.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and empathetic communication.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex queries or issues

What do you need to apply?

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • A background in financial services or fraud prevention is highly desirable.
  • Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
  • Empathy and professionalism in dealing with customers, particularly in sensitive or vulnerable situations.
