We are currently working on behalf of a housing association in Yorkshire for a Rent & Service Charge Administrator to support their Rent and Service Charge Team on a temporary basis. The role will entail remote working, with a few days training in their Leeds Central offices.
The main purpose of the role will be to assist the Rent & Service Charge Team, in ensuring that rent and service charges are calculated in line with policy, and ensuring revised charges are entered onto the system correctly.
Responsibilities of the Rent & Service Charge Administrator:
- Supporting the Rent and Service Charge Team with preparing annual service charge schedules for a variety of schemes
- Updating accurate information on the housing system
- Producing annual rent and service charge letters, ensuring that the letters go out on time and in accordance with group policy
- Assisting with the completion of annual income and expenditure reports for Homeowners
- Responding to internal and external customer queries relating to rents and service charges
Requirements :
- Excellent eye for detail
- Ability to utilise Excel including formulas, V look ups and pivot tables
- Strong literacy skills
