The Role:
As a Sales & Marketing Assistant, youll be instrumental in promoting our brand and driving sales both on the shop floor and online. Youll assist in implementing marketing campaigns, manage social media content, and engage with our customers directly to help grow the Aquirity community. This role offers a dynamic mix of responsibilities, ideal for a creative self-starter who enjoys working with people and has a flair for marketing.
Responsibilities:
Engage with customers in-store, building relationships and driving sales through exceptional service
Support the implementation of in-store promotions and special marketing campaigns
Assist in creating and scheduling social media content to increase brand engagement
Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency across all platforms
Conduct competitor research and share insights to refine our marketing approach
Help with administrative tasks, tracking campaign performance and compiling reports
What Were Looking For:
A proactive, creative individual with strong communication skills
Interest in both sales and marketing, with a passion for brand-building
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multi-task effectively
Experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter)
Previous retail or sales experience is beneficial, though not essential
Flexibility to work weekends and peak retail periods
