Description
- Process and manage customer orders promptly and accurately.
- Manage key customer relationships and grow accounts
- Ensure constant and efficient communication with customers regarding their orders.
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Preparing and submitting customer quotations
- Work closely with various departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
- Monitor and manage stock levels to ensure timely order delivery.
- Update and maintain accurate order records in the company database.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures in all aspects of the role.
- Collaborate with the wider customer service team to improve order processing procedures.
Profile
A successful Sales Order Processor should have:
- A solid understanding of order processing procedures.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proven experience working within an order processing role.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Good knowledge of database systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
