Description

As a Senior Customer Service Advisor you will oversee a small team below are some of the duties

Coordinate a team of customer advisers provide support and coaching when necessary

Working closely with other members of the department and recognise when any problems and looking at ways to improve

Training and delegating workload

Handling a high volume of customer enquiries

Planning the workload for technicians and managing diaries

Profile

Previous customer service experience and senior duties

Extremely customer focused and passionate about delivering the best possible experience

Able to multi task and work in a busy environment

Excellent team work skills

Approachable and personable whilst able to build excellent working relationships
