Role: Temporary Customer Service Administrator

Contract Length: 4 weeks (potential to be extended)

Start Date: ASAP

Pay: £11.79 an hour + Office Angels Benefits

Hours: 9am-5:30pm

Location: Leeds City Centre. Hybrid role once fully trained up.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.
  • Providing product information, resolving customer complaints, and offering effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Processing orders, tracking shipments, and coordinating with the wider team to ensure timely delivery.
  • Assisting with after-sales support, including processing returns, exchanges, and refunds.
  • Maintaining a high level of knowledge about their products and services to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role.
  • Call-handling experience is desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to empathise and build rapport with customers.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • A positive and friendly attitude, with a genuine desire to help customers.
