Description

  • Coordinate transport and delivery of goods in a timely manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and handle any customer enquiries or complaints.
  • Work closely with the Logistics department to streamline operations.
  • Monitor and report on transport and delivery performance.
  • Ensure all transport and delivery activities comply with legal and company regulations.
  • Assist with the training and development of new team members.

Profile

A successful Transport and Customer Service Coordinator should have:
