Data Business Analyst

Attention Business Analysts! Our client, a leading player in the banking industry, is seeking a talented individual to join their dynamic team. As a Data Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analysing requirements, designing processes and solutions, all with the aim of delivering exceptional customer value.

This exciting role offers the opportunity to support the Product Owner and Project Manager in understanding the business needs, prioritising requirements, and implementing innovative solutions. Additionally, you will have the chance to coach and develop others, enabling the team to achieve analysis excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out requirements analysis, process design, and solution design for a medium-sized product/project.
  • Collaborate with the Product Owner and Project Manager to identify and understand business needs.
  • Analyse and prioritise requirements, assessing, designing, testing, and implementing agreed solutions.
  • Act as a coach, helping team members excel in their analysis skills.

Chapter Lead Responsibilities (role-specific):

  • Foster the growth and development of chapter members within their discipline or role type.
  • Utilise deep domain expertise to mentor and support others in their professional development.

Requirements:

  • A solid track record in meeting customer needs and managing customer advisor teams.
  • Exceptional analytical skills to identify key themes and their impact on the business.
  • Proven ability to plan and manage a specific area of responsibility, including performance management.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in building complex frameworks to assess business needs.
  • Strong capability in analysing and evaluating proposals, developing innovative solutions, and implementing improvements to existing practises.
  • Experience in leading projects or workstreams within change management programmes.
  • Excellent coaching and development skills, with a commitment to personal growth opportunities.
