We are seeking an experienced HR Data & Systems Analyst to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis in Leeds (Remote) who has a sound understanding of HR and PowerBI experience.

Description

HR Data & Systems AnalystKey Responsibilities
  • Lead the analysis and reporting on HR data, using Power BI to create, refine, and present reports for the leadership team.
  • Manage and ensure the accuracy of our Cascade HRIS system, becoming its subject matter expert and main administrator.
  • Develop and maintain people data dashboards, providing insights and metrics that drive improvements within HR and the broader business.
  • Collaborate with HR and other teams to interpret data insights, identify trends, and recommend actionable strategies that enhance workforce engagement and organizational effectiveness.

Profile

HR Data & Systems AnalystRequirements
  • Proficiency in Power BI and Excel for data analysis and visualization.
  • Experience in working with HR data and systems, ideally with Cascade.
  • Strong understanding of HR metrics, enabling clear and insightful interpretation of people data for a variety of stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
