Job Title: IMAC Engineer (Installation, Move, Add, and Change)

Location: North of UK

About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled IMAC Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential technical support for enterprise servers, acting as an on-site consultant. You will be responsible for executing Installation, Move, Add, and Change (IMAC) requests, primarily focusing on Dell EMC equipment. Successful candidates will receive comprehensive online training on our product offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain industry qualifications to align with team demands.
  • Troubleshoot IT challenges and facilitate enterprise deployments.
  • Demonstrate expertise in handling IMAC requests.
  • Familiarise yourself with industry standards and vendor specifications.
  • Adhere to Health and Safety protocols at all times.
  • Meet customer requirements while maintaining a professional demeanor.
  • Conduct site assessments and update customer closure procedures.
  • Collaborate with the Project Management Office (PMO) to ensure timely task completion within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
