We are working with a well-known and well-respected company who are based on the outskirts of Leeds City Centre who are accessible by public transport; looking for three administrators to join the team on an ongoing temporary basis; the successful candidates will be available immediately and be able to commit to this ongoing, administrative based role. This fully on-site role, with working hours of 8.45-5.30 will be well suited to candidates who have a minimum of 1 year's administration experience, the role will involve;
- Processing and checking of invoices
- Inputting data to internal systems
- Transferring data from one system to another
- Ad hoc administration tasks
This is a busy role, where the successful candidates must have strong attention to detail and be able to commit to this long-term role; the successful candidate must be;
- Available immediately
- Have excellent administration experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Competent in all MS Office packages including Excel
- Excellent communication skills
