Reed Talent Solutions are currently working with a nationwide NHS organisation to recruit a Data Analyst on an initial 6 month contract. The post-holder will role will be embedded in the Specialised Commissioning, Health & Justice & Armed Forces (SCHJAF) Sub-Directorate. SCHJAF supports the commissioning and provision of high-quality specialised services, health and justice services and health services for members of the armed forces and their families.

Role Information

  • Fully remote working with equipment provided
  • Pay Rate: £27.56 - £31.02
  • 37.5 hours per week over a 6 month contract with potential to extend

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing the ongoing information and insightful analysis required to support SCHJAF decision-making.
  • Supporting with a range of modelling and analysis (e.g. financial, economic, demand and capacity).
  • Designing, developing and administering SCHJ tools.
  • Writing correspondence, papers, briefs and presentations.
  • Engaging with senior stakeholders across direct commissioning and/or data and analytics teams to create 'win-win’ solutions.
  • Providing ongoing reporting (eg monthly reports).
  • Supporting SCHJ information requests (Freedom on Information, Parly Hub, Individual Funding Requests).
  • Providing integrated analytical support and ad hoc analytical assistance across the SCHJAF team.
  • Working with other analytical teams to develop a single version of the truth by aligning analysis and methodologies.
  • Planning, managing and delivering projects.
