Experienced Cash Allocation Specialist required for a global financial services business based in Leeds. This is a newly created role due to business growth/demands:

The purpose of the role is to manage remote scanning of payments, post zero pay and adjustments, research credit balances, reconcile client payments, and implement process improvements.

Reporting to the Head of Credit Control, duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Posting and allocating payments to accounts.
  • Identifying and resolving issues.
  • Reconciling accounts.
  • Identify and implement process improvements.
  • Other ad hoc duties as required.

The person:

  • Previous experience in Credit Control or Sales Ledger is essential.
  • Good IT skills, including Excel and Word are required.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines is required.
  • You will possess excellent organisation and time management skills.
  • Analytical skills and the ability to quickly understand and solve issues are essential.
