- Address customer concerns with professionalism while ensuring a high standard of service.

- Manage both inbound and outbound calls to follow up on overdue payments.
- Communicate with clients about outstanding balances and provide timely updates.
- Keep accurate records and ensure the information is consistently updated in internal systems.

- Previous experience of collections or credit control -Â desirableÂ
