CCDO DEMOLITION LABOURER LEEDS

Thorn Baker Construction are looking for Demolition Labourers to work on a construction site in LEEDS - WEST YORKSHIRE.

Starting ASAP.

This job is ongoing for 8-10 weeks with a possible extension!

A valid CCDO Demolition card is essential to be considered for this role

Hourly rate is dependant on experience

PLEASE NOTE WE CANNOT PAY LABOURERS CIS BECAUSE YOU ARE UNDER SUPERVISION, DIRECTION AND CONTROL (SDC) ON SITE

2 CONSTRUCTION BASED REFERENCES ARE ESSENTIAL - WE CANNOT ACCEPT AGENCIES AS A FORM OF REFERENCE

The Role:

• Assisting trades on site
• Ripping out insulation & electrics
• Using saws to get down insulation
• Lifting and Shifting Materials around site
• Ensuring site is safe to work and clearing walkways
• General cleaning

About You:

• Candidates must have a valid CCDO card
• Two commercial relevant References - Site managers/Supervisor name and number
• Full PPE (Hard hat, Hi-vis & Safety boots)
