Location: Leeds

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 The role:A leading Build-to-Rent operator is seeking an Assistant Manager to be based on a high end Build-to-Rent site in Leeds. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for leading day to day operations on site, resident satisfaction and leasing activities.Responsibilities include:

  • Managing an on site team.
  • Hiring, training and developing staff.
  • Supervising the planning and execution of events.
  • Delivering excellent customer service to residents.
  • Ensuring team are implementing resident retention and renewal programs.
  • Maximising revenue streams.
  • Completing reports relating to leasing activities, budgets etc.

The person:

  • Experience in a similar role within BTR, property or hospitality.
  • Experience leading on site teams.
  • Have a good understanding of running a BTR property.
  • Knowledge of H&S regulations.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
