Hexagon Group have a unique opportunity for a self-motivated, passionate Assistant Facilities Manager to join a leading property investor and operator. Based at a landmark development in Central Leeds, the Assistant Facilities Manager will join a small but friendly team delivering Facilities Services.

Key Responsibilities:

Supporting the Facilities Management team with the management of the property.

Supervising on-site contractors delivering planned and reactive maintenance.

Liaising with occupiers and attending to their needs in a professional manner.

Issuing permits to work for contractors.

Ensure the PPM schedule requirements are undertaken.

Reporting on any health & safety issues on-site and keeping on track of statutory compliance.

Occupier Engagement/Customer Service.

This role will suit somebody from a junior Facilities Management or Maintenance Management background with first hands experience working in a customer facing role. Any experience of compliance and health and safety will equally be warmly received.
