TSR are working with a leading nationwide Facilities Management company seeking an experienced and highly skilled Contract Manager to oversee the management of contracts, ensuring compliance with specifications, maintaining profitability, and fostering client relationships. The successful candidate will manage a team while ensuring the achievement of service delivery and budgetary objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor contract variations and Profit & Loss, support Credit Control, oversee team performance and KPIs, manage staffing needs, provide technical support when required, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in managing teams and client relationships
  • In-depth knowledge of relevant industry legislation and compliance standards
