Our client is an award winning top 100 Digital Agency, with 4 offices across 3 countries, who use the very best technologies to deliver innovations to their enterprise-level clients. They are currently looking to recruit a Head of Marketing to consistently manage and improve the internal marketing strategy of the agency.

The Head of Marketing will take ownership of the entire marketing function for the agency and work to execute comprehensive, long-term business strategies that achieve growth in new and existing markets. They will ensure core values and long-term objectives are upheld and aligned with business growth within this scale-up style environment. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing overall marketing for the agency and activities within the marketing department including targeting vertical audiences and lead generation
  • Driving the agency’s operational efficiencies, optimising processes, and individual team performances
  • Overall responsibility for brand management identity (both internally and externally)
  • Briefing digital projects to the relevant internal teams
  • Delivery of acquisition direct marketing campaigns
  • Occasional consultancy to existing clients
  • Staying up to date with any developments or emerging trends in the digital marketing industry, ensuring the agency stays ahead of the evolving digital landscape
  • Representing the agency at industry events and conferences, building relationships with key vendors and the wider digital marketing community.

The successful candidate will be a proactive marketing professional with solid tenure within an agency environment. They will be passionate about marketing and keen to continuing building the agency’s place in the market, with a strong understanding of the full marketing mix (including key aspects such as digital, events, print, demand generation). Your attitude will be forward thinking, and you will have a desire to always strive for excellence. You will have experience of working within a small-midsized agency and be able to demonstrate a track record of delivering successful campaigns and the resulting growth achieved. The Head of Marketing will be an exceptional communicator, with the credibility to manage multiple projects and stakeholders and an innovative and entrepreneurial attitude.
