You’ll be analysing current limiting factors and constraints in the business to build a strategy that not only irradicates these factors, but results in growth and development across the entire company. You can expect to play a key part in:
  • Strengthening brand awareness across online and traditional channels, ensuring current successes are only enhanced
  • Lead and demand generation for both clients and candidates to retain, optimise and grow
  • Bringing fresh ideas and platforms to boost success (particular interest in AI)
  • Leading a small marketing team, mentoring and developing another marketing professional
