Senior Digital Marketing Manager

The Role

As the Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll be at the heart of creative storytelling, bringing marketing campaigns to life with innovative content, AI-driven automation, and data-led decision-making. You’ll take ideas from concept to execution, ideating and producing compelling videos, images, documents, and social media assets that engage audiences and drive conversions.

With a strong background in D2C or B2B marketing, you’ll understand how to launch and sell technical products effectively. You’ll use AI tools to scale content production, remix and repurpose assets, and optimise performance across multiple digital platforms. Your expertise in marketing automation systems will enable you to create seamless workflows that enhance lead generation and conversion.

Skills and Experience

We’re looking for someone who’s ready to make an impact. The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 3 years in a fast-paced D2C or B2B marketing role, ideally selling a portfolio of technical products and launching them successfully
  • Experience using AI for large-scale content production and remixing
  • Strong skills in ideation, storyboarding, filming, and editing impactful videos
  • Ability to create compelling images, documents, thumbnails, and other visual assets
  • Experience using Pardot, ZoomInfo, and Salesforce or similar to optimise lead generation and conversion
  • Expertise in organic growth strategies, conversion rate optimisation, and paid advertising
  • Strong ability to manage and optimise campaigns across digital channels
  • A talent for building and scaling efficient systems
  • A passion for innovation, ownership, and thinking outside the box
  • A mindset that aligns with curiosity, resilience, urgency, and a hunger for growth
