Account Director/Customer Success Manager - Seeking a talented individual to lead cybersecurity products and service renewal process.
Responsibilities include:
- collaborating with customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders to enhance renewal experiences,
- boost satisfaction,
- optimize retention rates.
Ideal candidates possess cybersecurity expertise, top-notch communication abilities, and a successful history in customer renewal management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in renewals, sales, or account management, preferably within the cybersecurity or technology industry.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity products and services.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding renewal and retention targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with customers, demonstrating empathy and understanding of their needs.
- Proficient in CRM software and other sales tools (HubSpot).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Package:
Basic: up to 65k per annum double OTE
25 days holidays plus bank holidays
